RN Injector

About the Role

The RN Injector will conduct treatment consultations to identify patient goals and determine/recommend services and products to achieve optimal results. The RN Injector will design a treatment plan that meets the patient's needs and provide the selected services.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history for possible contraindications and report any adverse reactions to supervising physician.
• Provide consistent professional injectable and other treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Review labs and consult with patients when needed.
• Answer questions from patients, staff, and physicians.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring patient safety.
• Be prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted.
• Effectively inform and educate patients about specific wellness concerns.
• Conduct consultations with patients to determine the best treatments for their desired outcomes and create a plan of care.
• Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of product to assist with cost control.
• Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Uphold standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Perform prep work, properly clean, and restock rooms when needed.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, retail products, memberships, promotions, and discounts.
• Cross-promote all services the spa has to offer.
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all patient requests.
• Accurately document patient treatments in patient charts.
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by the Chief Executive Officer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
